Orders arrive within the week window you choose during customization (ideally your Syllabus Week!). Once shipped, deliveries typically take 5–7 business days. Please refer to our Shipping Policy for details on what happens if there are shipping delays outside of our control.

All of our gift cards are virtual! The receipt will be sent to the purchaser’s email, and the gift card will go to the recipient’s inbox. The purchaser can choose the date they’d like the recipient to be emailed their gift card.

The easiest way to give a gift, though, is via a virtual gift card. This lets the recipient pick exactly what they want, and you’ll still be the hero!

If you're giving a Sylli Week box as a gift, you’ll be in charge of providing the recipient's shipping address once it’s time to update it. You’ll receive the receipt and all emails about address updates and customization, but the Sylli Week box will be sent directly to the recipient. You’ll also have the option to choose the perfect window for them to receive it.

Your subscription will renew automatically at the end of the duration you selected during checkout.

Per Semester Subscription: Renewed prior to customization for the next semester's box - you'll receive reminder emails prior to renewal.

Yearly Subscription: Renewed annually prior to customization - again, you'll receive reminder emails prior to renewal.

Gift Cards: Gift cards are a one-time purchase, no need set a reminder about recurring charges!

You’ll be notified before renewal, and if you no longer wish to continue, you can cancel anytime prior to the billing period.

Customization lets you personalize your Sylli Week box with items that fit your style and needs.

Before each shipment, you'll receive reminder emails about the customization window. During this window, you’ll select your preferences for various categories.

If you miss the customization window but paid for your subscription, you’ll still receive a box with handpicked items from each category. We’ll ensure it’s filled with great selections, it'll just be a surprise this time around!
